So I don’t expect to become huge anytime soon but I do expect t get healthier and stronger progressively. I will be following the following topics on most every blog. The body part of focus will vary by day but the other topics will include some sort of mention on every entry.
Workout:
Today’s workout was chest and arms and consisted of 20 pushups
Gardening:
Watered the basil, oregano, and carrots I am growing. I am also going to map out my mom’s yard and begin to fix it up space by space. I also fed the chickens.

Eating & Cooking:
For breakfast I had a cheese sandwich on wholewheat bread, for snack I had Doritos, for dinner I had a sausage and pepperoni pizza (yes the whole fuckin thing, wasn’t that big, wasn’t that small) and afterwards I had a Dunkin Donuts coffee drink. So tomorrow much more water! Also some greens need to be added. I get paid soon so I will be adding some almond milk and smoothie ingredients!
Mindfulness & Spirituality:
I said the Lord’s Prayer and prayed I was a 6 foot 10, 350-pound hulk with a 15 inch cock. Gotta have goals in life and if I make it halfway there I would be 6’5 275lb 10 inches. Haha.
Sports: I followed Jimmy G on twitter and promoted his socks!
Clothes: I am wearing my new Salty Crew long sleeve shirt
Gear: I have an Olympic weight bench in my Ma’s yard – missing all the hardware, nuts and bolts and suck, fuck.
