That was an amazing biceps workout I’m still healing! I am listening to Rob and Hustle’s “We’re doing it” I got a new job and will start training tomorrow at a market.

Workout: Just chores and errands today.
Gardening: I ordered an ashwaghanda plant and a lemon verbena plant the former boosts available testosterone and the other will make an excellent healthy addition to my mints collection, its not a true mint I don’t think but it’s got a lemon balm scent that is amazing – not as amazing as boosting my available T but amazing enough
Eating & Cooking: Avocado toast on Orowheat and shredded wheat with milk. Now time for lunch!
Mindfulness & Spirituality: Nothing better for your mental health than knowing you are starting a new job the same day as your final paycheck from the last job. PRAISE JESUS!

Sports: The dudes from the neighborhood are still playing basketball without gloves or masks, I think it could be doable with those in place but this plague makes me want to avoid or get my own bball hoop or stand. I saw a double shoot out game at Dick’s and also an up to 10′ adjustable hoop from Spaulding both under 100 bucks.

I am writing because well I was away for a while and didn’t have access to the internet. I got busy with work and my grandpa’s cancer came back, I also had a fall. How-ever I a have much to write about now. I got a new weight bench for abs and lifting dumbbells and bought some sups too. Also my metabolism sped up and I lost weight while eating almost the same diet as I was before with the addition of more fruits and a lot more vegetables. Also I feel like this whole SARS thing is a biological attack on the Hong Kong protests that got out of hand and has ended up effecting Europe and the US very badly and we should make they pay up for it! Raise tariffs some more and repatriate some of the Chinese spies at our institutions!

Workout: It’s been awhile sorry for that but I am definitely noticing gains now! My pecs are no longer droopy, but now I need to figure out a way to balance my lower and upper chest and I think I need a flatbench/incline bench set up. Also abs for Christmas a birdie told me I am getting an abs bench which is great except that doing knee ups/leg raises on the pullup bar are actually better for abs but maybe dangerous with my doorway pull up/chin up bar. Oh well I have the bench now anyways and maybe I can put it to use for some weights too and pray for a Weider to get back to me on the hardware replacement for my Olympic weight bench cause I really want to do barbell bench press not just dumbbell bench press. Regardless I have my running shoes now and some calcium and milk and glucosamine chondroitin AND stretching exercises (fucked up knee) so I can go Troyshuffle outside this lovely morning, soon as sunrise! I have been doing lots of biceps curls every day, I am making it a rule I cannot get out of bed without doing them as they are right beside my bed it’s a great habit I think.
Gardening: Planted a bunch of bulbs, flowers, gladiolus, anemone, and onions for springtime. I need to harvest some more peppermint it makes great tasting tea which I can make sugar-free or with a touch of agave syrup.
Eating & Cooking: Have been transitioning to oatmeal breakfasts, protein bar lunches, cutting back on cheesy chips and still pecking away at the pizza can’t lie.
