Day 2

Workout:

Since yesterday I worked on some pushups I thought I would do some more before bed tonight and turn it into a ritual. And keep working chest. However once I started I realized I was too sore as I pulled an allnighter. I am going to look for my free weights so I can do biceps at home as well. And start making protein shakes again. Not sure what or how to exercise another section tonight. I think I need to hit the gym.

Gardening:

I did not start on the map of the yard yet but I will be doing it and naming every nook there is. Had to put Fluffy the cat down today because the poor girl got rabies!

Eating & Cooking:

For breakfast I had two hot dogs with lots of onion and tomato with tea. For lunch two slices of custard pie. In between I had some hibiscus water and ajay, Now I am going to have some golden potatoes. I am going to learn how to make oatmeal from the grains. Currently I can just make it from the instant stuff but that one is loaded with sugar which I am trying to cut out of my diet as much as possible. For dinner I had a piece of chicken with golden potatoes carrots and french bread also had a left over hot dog and tomato and onion bowled with salad dressing.

Mindfulness & Spirituality:

I lit some candles and said a little prayer for Fluffy.

Sports: The Sharks have one 6 division titles!

Clothes: I wore sweats today including my I identify as an attack helicopter sweatshirt which I looove!

Gear: That weight bench must be rebuilt!

Network: I tweeted Jimmy G for him to follow me!

Study: I continued studying Huge in a hurry

Sleep: I am going to bed by 2

Sex: Bagel

Stretching: None today

Cardio: I went walking to pay my phone bill

Motivational: “Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you.”
