Day 3 & 4

Workout:

All right yesterday I did not workout at all but tonight I am going to do some pull ups, 15 if possible but we’ll see how many I pop out. It was 7 damn that was hard! But fulfilling! I also plan on buying two 10 or 15 lb dumbbells to do some beginner chest press

Gardening:

I watered the carrots, oregano, and basil and I got a notebook and began to map out the garden. Put on my to do list to clean out the chicken coop. I have two days off this week!

Eating & Cooking:

Yesterday no breakfast, a large amount of McDonalds for lunch and a tiny snack for dinner. I drank more water. Today banana for breakfast, Subway and Pizza for lunch and a cheese sandwich for dinner, drank Powerade, tea, and monster.

Mindfulness & Spirituality:

I prayed for the good lord to keep the bad many away.

Sports: Gronk is apparently fittin to be a cowboy and Kaep is making yet another comeback possibly

Clothes: I wore a collared shirt today and jeans as that’s what I have to wear to work, now I’m wearing my A’s shirt and shorts. I also cut my hair you’ll see in the video. I was looking to hairy.

Gear: Found my Olympic weight bench bar and my pull up bar

Network: I did not network today

Study: I did not study today but tomorrow I am reaching out to film school

Sleep: It’s nearly 3 am and I’m still not sleeping so I think I am going to have to stay up all night to make it to work even if I am annoyingly discouraged from doing so.

Sex: Bagel

Stretching: None today.

Cardio: I have started taking the stairs and hopefully can move up to squats. I have a semi-fucked up knee so I need to stretch and do milk or calcium to be able to do deadlifts which I really want to do.

I have decided, I want to be a bull like this man and need to get an ass like him too!
