Days 5-9

Workout:

My workout for the past few days has been taking stairs, some light gardening, Troyshuffling to the bus and lunges. I need to really do something for each muscle area every day if I am going to get anywhere and I need to get into the gym.

Gardening:

I began munching on some of my basil as it grows and I checked on the roots growing from the carrot tops and they’re not growing at all there. Tomorrow I am going to plants some flowers in the tomato pot that has a dead tomato stalk in it and some onions.

Eating & Cooking:

I have been drinking a lot more water and my piss is far less foamy. I got heartburn the other day though so I need to continue working on it. I ate McDonalds, Subway, Pizza, and an angus burger most days. But today I had boiled tilapia with potatoes and carrots in a stew with tumeric rice, mmm mmm. I have also added milk back into my diet and my knee feels all the better for it.

Mindfulness & Spirituality:

I prayed for my fellowship with my fellow Catholic brothers and for reconciliation between the various religions.

Sports: Met a former pro baseball player

Clothes: I wore whatever was cleanest and now I went and did laundry. Wearing my A’s t-shirt to sleep tonight.

Gear: Must clean the webs off my pull up bar!

Network: Made plans to go pickup the next season of AHS I will be marathon watching with friend and family.

Study: Filled out my FAFSA and signed up for film school!

Sleep: I am going to sleep early but I am going to try and sneak in 32 pushups for 32 years first! Maybe some pull ups as well.

Sex: Bagel

Stretching: Mostly lunges.

Cardio: As per above
