Day 16-17

Workout:

10 bicep curls with an Olympic bench press barbell and 10 something else’s some sort of standing up shoulder press

Gardening:

I trimmed some bushes

Eating & Cooking:

You must know I naturally pigged out on turkey day! I also invested pumpkies they’re like brownies but they are made with pumpkin and chocolate chips!

Mindfulness & Spirituality:

Sports: Niners are doing awesome!

Clothes: I lounged in bed a lot so didn’t really dress much

Gear: Now I need the rain to stop so I can put together my weight bench

Network: Nada

Study: Watched fitness videos on YouTube, incline bench is the way to go to make the chest pop out!

Sleep: Slept great for once, I really need to work on sleep if I want to get big

Sex: Nothing to report

Stretching: It might happen! But here this video is good for form and basics

Cardio: Ndołkah is getting new pumas!
