Workout:
Okay so I never found my dumbbells but I went out and bought some. A humble 12 pound pair at Target. I did 5 sets of 10 chest presses and I feel a little soreness from it today. This was early this morning. Tonight I am going to be doing some bicep curls all the way from the bottom up (arms hanging in anatomical position).

Clothes: They have a bunch of flannel on sale at Target and I want some! I also need a new tie.
Gear: New ignite dumbbells, I will add pics later and also I think it’s time for a progress pic for starters don’t you?
Network: Going to watch American Horror Story: Apocalypse (AHS season 8 ) tonight
Study: Going to watch more videos on chest to get better form
Sleep: Slept great

Stretching: I need to research a great chest stretch
Cardio: Onces my new shoes come in I am doing all my knee rehab excises again and going to see if jogging is for me!
