Workout: I did most of this… about 3 sets of each

Gardening: Nothing today, was gonna trim the foxtail but I didn’t get up early enough I did however get more cat food

Eating & Cooking:

Burger, Pizza, Greens

Sports: Ravens beat the Niners but it was close, media said they were slaughtered basically but it wasn’t so, they actually were only 3 points shy

Gear: Progress pic… I’m sexy and I know it, but I can always get sexier

Cardio for gut which has already shrunk with diet modification and pecs need to stop with the droop, on the plus side I can already see I am in a better mood since first post
Note to self clean floor wear matching socks but priority is lift heavy shit!
I lost the progress pic somewhere between emailing it to myself and uploading it so here’s the progress video, I have droopy pecs which used to be much tighter and I need to change this!
