Days 20, 21, 22

Workout: I majorly fucked up and stopped working out for two days, I have some shit going on and I let it get in the way, but I still noticed minor gains in chest tightness in the mirror so hopefully as today progresses things will get better. Before I go to bed I am going to try and do 5 sets of dumbbell chest press and bicep curns, and possibly some other stuff if I have the energy. I should probably go a bit harder since I just had the break we’ll see.

Gardening: It’s raining, so God’s taking care of the watering of the garden

Eating & Cooking:

Pizza, burritos, and chicken and greens and tonight tomato sandwich

Sports:

Gear: I am thinking 12 lb weights might be too light, I wasn’t that weak, my light layer of fat actually built some muscle to it

Network: Played Spanish playing cards, brisca and escoba games

Study: Studied a Jehova’s Witness booklet

Sleep: Slept in

Sex: Abstinent

Stretching: I need to research a great chest stretch still

Cardio: Still waiting on my running shoes to get here
