The startover
Alright so I have been gardening more, adding more sunflowers and onions. Bell pepper and broccoli, corn potatoes and tomatoes too! My workouts are now using a Weider weight bench which is great for decline bench pressing really making my chest pop.
Workout: 4 sets of 12 bicep curls. 3 sets of tricep curls, and 30 pushups
Gardening: Two tulips bloomed today they’re amazing looking this fresh!
Eating & Cooking: I had protein shake and creatine infused pre then ham and eggs and quail eggs for lunch chicken breast for dinner with rigatoni with tumeric and garlic and also a ham sandwich
Mindfulness & Spirituality: Wisdom is the fountain of life to them who have it (proverbs)
Sports: I want to be a Laker, I want to look like this… but mass monsterer

Clothes: Cut the sleeves off a M flannel since my chest got bigger am now a large hoping to be a XL
Gear: Dreaming of kettle balls and punching dude
Network: Watched Caroline
Study: Been looking into natural testosterone boosters and cortisol reducers
Sleep: Sleep has continued to be better with herbal remedies like chamomile and green tea
Sex: Mano a cocko
Stretching: Did some spontaneous yoga and stretching this morning
Cardio: Looking for a stationary bike still
